BECOME A VENDOR – Policy change as of 2024
Event dates for 2024 are:
Fond du Lac: April 6th and October 26th* at the Hive located at W4786 County Hwy 23 in Fond du Lac
Sheboygan: May 11th and November 9th at Lakeshore Lanes located at 2519 S. Business Drive in Sheboygan

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor for the 2024 Spyral Events Spirit Fairs. Please review the following information to see if you would be a good candidate for our show.
Our spirit fairs are curated events, which means submitting an application alone does not guarantee a spot in the Spirit Fairs. We strive to find hand-crafted, unique, and authentic vendors. We wish to fill our fairs with a good variety of products, while limiting how many vendors of a certain type are presenting, as to not oversaturate with all jewelry, all gemstones, etc.
The criteria used to select our vendors include:
- You must make/sell things that fit the vibe of our fair. We are looking for authentic, magical, handcrafted items, as well as thoughtfully sourced items that enhance the wellbeing and aesthetic of our attendees. This can include, but is not limited to: clothing, accessories, ritual tools, and décor. We will not accept any multi-level market companies such as Scentsy, Tupperware, etc.
- Your table display and booth design is very important. They should look professional and be easy to shop. A single space is 8’x8′ (with a slight bit of wiggle room). If your customers need to go outside of this space to shop, you are infringing on your neighbor and creating an uncomfortable space for everyone. We ask that you submit photos of your booth when applying. (Previous vendors are exempt if you have not changed your layout.)
- Payment is due within 7days of your application. Please do not apply if you don’t have the money at the time of your application. We can no longer hold spaces for extended periods of time.
The vendor fee for a single booth is $65, a double booth is $120. Tables are provided at the Sheboygan event, but are unavailable for Fond du Lac. Chairs are available at both shows. Our policies will be emailed to you upon acceptance of your application. Payment of the fee assumes that you accept our policies.
Response to applications should take a maximum of two weeks . If you have not heard back within that time frame, please reach out at spyralevents@yahoo.com We will add vendors to our website as they are accepted.
