2026 Dates
All events will be held at Generations Intergenerational Center located at 1500 Douglas Dr. in Plymouth, WI. Events run from 10am-5pm with doors opening at 9am to book readings.
May 2: Vendor applications have CLOSED, and vendors have been selected.
August 15: Vendor Applications are open NOW through May 31st. Approvals will go out the first week of June.
November 7: Vendor Applications open July 1 – August 31. Approvals will go out mid-September
Vendor Policies – Please read before applying
- Spyral Events are juried vendor shows. Your application does not guarantee a space. You will be notified as to whether or not you have been accepted according to the dates listed above. Booth fees will be processed immediately upon approval. After approval, BOOTH FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Booth fees are $50 for a table front only space, and $75 for a 9’x9′ square booth. Chairs are given to all booths and tables are free upon request. Table front only booths are large enough for one 8′ table and chairs behind it. We are adding outdoor 10’x10′ booths to our August show, and will be $40 each. Outdoor booths are responsible for their own tents, tables and chairs.
- You must make/sell things that fit the vibe of our fair. We are looking for authentic, magical, handcrafted items, as well as thoughtfully sourced items that enhance the wellbeing and aesthetic of our attendees. This can include, but is not limited to: clothing, accessories, ritual tools, and décor. We will not accept any multi-level market companies such as Scentsy, Tupperware, etc.
- Your table display and booth design is very important. They should look professional and be easy to shop.
- Ware not seeking any new readers at this time. If you provide other kind of non-traditional reading or energy work services, please reach out to Spyral Events to discuss before applying.
- Night before setup is available from 5-8pm. Setup the day of the event begins at 8am, and you must be cleaned up by 6:30pm.
- Limited electrical access is available. Please request it only if it is absolutely needed for the operation of your booth.
- When you apply, please be prepared to submit a few photos of your booth setup and some of your products. These photos may be used for promotional purposes.
- Limited food options available from 11-2. You are allowed to bring in your own food as well.
